  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • Requests made after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI, as COD refunds cannot be reversed directly.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer, unless the product was defective or wrongly delivered.
  • In case of our error, we will arrange the reverse pickup at no cost to you.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items and personalized/customized products are non-refundable unless received damaged.
  • Products returned without original packaging or beyond the return window will not qualify for a refund.
