π Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photo or video proof.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
π Refund Request Timeline
- Refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Requests made after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances.
π³ Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5β7 business days via the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI, as COD refunds cannot be reversed directly.
π Return Shipping
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer, unless the product was defective or wrongly delivered.
- In case of our error, we will arrange the reverse pickup at no cost to you.
β Non-Refundable Items
- Sale items and personalized/customized products are non-refundable unless received damaged.
- Products returned without original packaging or beyond the return window will not qualify for a refund.
