SHIPPING POLICY
Karu’s Collection is committed to delivering your order with good-quality packaging within the given time frame.
We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays. To ensure your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest possible time, we ship
through reputed courier agencies only. If courier service is unavailable in your area, we will ship your items via Indian Post.
Shipping charges are ₹80 within Maharashtra and ₹120 for all other states.
We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹2000, anywhere in India, with no extra delivery charges.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days, or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8
working days. All orders are delivered to the address provided at the time of placing the order.
To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete address including your full name, house number, area, landmark, city, and pincode, along with a reachable
contact number. Incorrect details may cause the order to be misrouted — in such cases, the customer will need to bear the forward and reverse shipping charges.
Please make sure your mobile number is correct and reachable, as our delivery partner will need to call you regarding delivery.

CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
We accept order cancellations only if the order has not yet been packed. Please WhatsApp us at 9923768634 or email karus.c2023@gmail.com for any cancellation
requests.
If the order has already been dispatched, the customer will need to pay forward and return charges of ₹200 for cancellation.
If the product is no longer available, a full refund will be processed within 2 working days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer returns on a like/dislike basis. Return or exchange is available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products — and only if a
complete, uncut 360° unboxing video was recorded at the time of opening the parcel and can be shared with us as proof.
For size issues with bangles or rings, exchanges are available. Customers may choose:
– We arrange pickup and re-delivery for an additional ₹450, or
– Customers ship the product back at their own cost in its original packaging, and we cover the ₹150 re-delivery charge.
Our team will guide you through the entire process.
